no. soonspins doesn't own or claim any rights to the music played here, whether it's a DJ mix or something a member uploaded. no royalties are paid out or collected through the platform, and no money is made off any of it. it's shared here as a social thing, artists and listeners finding each other, not a business built on the music.

make an account, hit upload, tag your track with a mood and genre. it transcodes automatically and drops straight into the rotation. no approval queue, no gatekeeping.

it joins the live rotation based on its mood tag, and shows up in the library for anyone to browse and play on demand. freshly uploaded tracks also get extra visibility for a couple weeks before settling into the normal rotation.
